Hi, Hello

I’m Rachel, a Product Designer, DesignOps advocate, and Service Design newbie. I design end-to-end experiences that connect customer needs with business goals, and the internal processes that make them possible.

Before that, I spent nine years hopping between agencies as an Art Director, followed by four years designing at tech startups and scaleups.

Outside of work, I enjoy visiting grocery stores in different countries and have a fascination with my shoes.
