Hi, Hello

I’m Rachel and I’m a Product Designer, DesignOps advocate and Service Design newbie. I design end-to-end experiences that connect customers’ needs with business goals and the internal processes that support them.

Prior to this, I spent 9 years hopping around agencies as an Art Director, followed by four years designing at tech startups and scaleups.

Outside of work, I enjoy visiting grocery stores in different countries and have a fascination with my shoes.
